[2] This part is a little weird; I suspect the lines after “are you not afraid?” are actually the love interest’s response to the question because the tone is a little different and he's suddenly ending his sentences in “ne” but I can't be too sure.

3- I chose to translate 針 as “needle” just because the song isn't using any specific word either, but I feel like the intention is closer to a stinger or a thorn than a syringe. Might just be me, though.
