[1] Technically he isn't saying lion, he's just talking about an animal who is male (雄) but if we use context clues…

[2] Blood feud probably gets the idea across, but here he's saying 血を血で洗う (washing blood with blood) which refers to retaliating against violence with more violence/fighting fire with fire, or fighting against your own flesh and blood, such as family.

[3] Referring to the folktale. The word “emperor” is used in the lyrics, but he sings あいつ (that guy) instead. The word “king” you will see after this is pronounced normally even though it uses the same kanji.

[4] For some reason “ore” is in katakana here, and in kanji later. My guess is that he's kind of quoting himself with this…? This is the only song where Momochi uses ore as well.

[5] The phrase he's using (安らかに眠る) is 100% talking about death.
